Betty Beaken was a much loved Mother, Wife, Grandmother and also a much loved friend. She captured the hearts of so many with her kindness and great personality. She shall never be forgotten as many things around us remind us of her. There was one particular story she would always tell her family from when she was younger. She was walking home one day from the bus stop and heard foot steps behind her. She thought someone was following her so she hurried home. When she got home, she told her father that she thought someone was following her. But, it was only a goat!
